Happy 2016. It’s good to be back and starting another great year of manufacturing in Michigan.
It’s that time of year when we all look ahead and set goals. 2015 was so amazing that it will be a tough one to beat, but we’re ready to give it our best shot.
Like most manufacturing businesses we are always trying to diversify. This can mean new markets, new industries or new products for our customers – many of whom we’ve been doing business with for several decades.
One of the new projects I’m very excited about is a pallet for the building industry. It is HUGE. Over 17 feet long and almost 4 feet wide. Perhaps Guinness World Records would be interested in this pallet. I did do a quick search and found some strange categories like “fastest time to break 10 plastic coat hangers” or “most people popping bubble wrap” but nothing for World’s Longest Pallet. I’m pretty sure we’re a contender.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, we also have some very small pallets. Our smallest standard pallets are a single sheet thermoformed that’s 36 x 24 inches or a twin sheet that is 25 x 31.5 inches.
If the gigantic pallet or the tiny pallet don’t meet your specific needs, we can make anything in-between – customized just for you. Our customers tell us that’s one of the best things about working with Robinson. We have so many manufacturing options as well as broad custom design expertise. We won’t stop until our customer has exactly what they want.
If you would like to see a complete list of our standard-sized pallets, visit us at pallets.robinsonind.com. But remember, these are only the standards. We will engineer whatever you need for your shipping or storage needs. If you can imagine it – we can build it!
Welcome back. 2016 is going to be a great year.
